The Minnesota Vikings have traded veteran quarterback Sage Rosenfels and running back Darius Reynaud to the New York Giants for a fifth-round draft pick in 2011 and a conditional draft pick in 2012, NFL.com reports. Rosenfels will back up Eli Manning with the Giants. New York needed a No. 2 after losing Jim Sorgi to a season-ending shoulder injury. Reynaud was the Vikings' primary punt returner. Rosenfels has made 12 career starts with the Miami Dolphins and Houston Texans, but he did not get into any games for the Vikings last season.
